It is important not to abandon therapy at this stage in order to guarantee success in the therapeutic process, since although you will surely feel better, it is important to consolidate your achievements and develop future strategies.
Depending on your symptoms and your situation, we recommend a type of program that is right for you and it will always be supervised by a therapist and will have an associated team of specialists. If your route doesn't include videoconference sessions, your specialists don't think they're necessary, but of course, they can help you feel more comfortable.
